You can use our service portal to track the status of your racks and servers every time and everywhere. Several times per hour we take automatic measurements of all the vital data at our data centers.

The service portal can generate online reports containing historical and current data on temperature and relative humidity. You can also access usage and consumption data, as well as power quality data (frequency, voltage), which are measured several times a week. This degree of transparency is unbeatable. Incident tickets, remote hands and cross connect requests can also be seamlessly addressed.
