REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION

• You provide administrative support to the office team and are one of the first points of contact for visitors at our headquarters in Frankfurt.
• You serve as a contact person for the procurement and inventory of office materials.
• You support our colleagues in travel management.
• You are responsible for document documentation and archiving.
• You independently handle other general assistance and office management tasks.
• You enjoy working with international interfaces beyond our locations.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education.
• You have the necessary professional experience in a similar position and are looking for an exciting challenge.
• You have strong organizational skills and possess excellent MS Office knowledge.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You enjoy working in a small and dynamic team.
• You can adapt empathetically to different requirements and communicate on equal footing.
