DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will support us in our growth and take full responsibility for the holistic management of construction projects until the turnkey handover, either as a project manager or deputy project manager.
• As part of project management, you will coordinate with department heads and the management board, and oversee the entire planning team (architecture, engineering planning, etc.), playing a significant role in the design, approval, and execution processes.
• Daily tasks will include tendering, awarding, coordinating, and accounting for subcontractor services.
• You will provide support to all parties involved in the project (customers, authorities, neighbors, etc.) and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Close collaboration with our project controlling team will be required to ensure effective opportunity, risk, and contract management, as well as legal support in construction matters.
• You take pleasure in these tasks and are highly motivated to accompany maincubes on its growth journey.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed a degree in a technical field, such as civil engineering or architecture (this is a plus but not mandatory).
• You have gained relevant professional experience and have already managed projects in the construction industry, expanding your technical understanding, particularly in building services (electricity and climate control).
• You have excellent comprehension skills, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and can adapt to individual requirements.
• You are familiar with construction contract management and procurement law (VOB B), and terms like LEAN, Last Planner Model, and planning tools (BIM) are not foreign to you.
• Knowledge of construction law (BauO, IndBauR, BlmSchG) is advantageous.
• Your profile is rounded off by your independent work style, negotiation skills, and communication abilities, as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• You not only communicate clearly but also speak fluent German and English.
