DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and adaptation of all building and supply systems and facilities, including but not limited to:
- Cooling supply systems
- Uninterruptible power supply systems
- Electrical and network cable systems
- Fire protection, detection, and suppression
- Temperature and climate control
- Building control and management systems
- You have personnel responsibility for internal employees and provide technical leadership for external employees of the company.
- You manage incidents through a ticketing system and ensure an appropriate response.
- You have project responsibility for infrastructure updates.
- You are involved in creating annual budgets for personnel, infrastructure updates, and maintenance.
- You take pleasure in these tasks and are highly motivated to accompany maincubes in its growth.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
- Experience in monitoring engineering offices and contractors.
- Experience and knowledge of legal, state, and local building and safety regulations and requirements.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of energy management and conservation, predictive and preventive maintenance, compliance with regulations, federal ordinances, and applicable building and construction codes.
- Experience with critical monitoring systems and their configuration.
- Experience in leading, defining, and delivering technical solutions for facility management.
- Process-oriented work and familiarity with ITIL, ISO, and ISAE abbreviations.
- Independent work style, communication skills, and a high level of personal responsibility complement your profile, as well as excellent MS Office skills.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
- You are willing to undergo an official security clearance before commencing work.
