DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this position, you are responsible for defining project structures, including necessary organizational, workflow, and decision-making structures, as well as reporting mechanisms.
- You will also oversee project-specific budget, schedule, and quality matters. In addition to coordinating and implementing customer requirements, your responsibilities include ensuring the complete commissioning of the data center, including operator training and the completeness of acceptance documentation.
- You will continuously monitor project progress (contractual and performance milestones) and ensure the implementation of requirements between the client and the end customer. You will create specifications and be responsible for standardizing technical concepts.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in contract negotiations in collaboration with the legal department and management. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining approvals with planners and authorities.
- Your tasks also encompass managing tender processes and contracts, as well as coordinating and, if necessary, performing client-side duties. This includes coordinating and facilitating certification and regulatory approvals, as well as assessing the performance of subcontractors.
- Last but not least, your responsibilities include coordinating consultants, service providers, planners, and other subcontractors, as well as participating in defect rectification processes.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You began your professional career with a technical degree.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of technical large-scale projects.
- You have experience in process and organizational analysis and in reporting complex relationships.
- You possess the ability to identify and evaluate economic risks and opportunities.
- You are characterized by a results-oriented mindset and approach, as well as analytical and conceptual thinking.
- You have excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- Teamwork, customer orientation, flexibility, and initiative are all familiar to you.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and have proficient English language skills for negotiations.
- A strong understanding of IT complements your profile.
