DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this position, you are responsible for the technical pre-sales of the Colocation portfolio.
• This includes analyzing and evaluating customer requirements.
• Technical solution design is also part of your responsibilities, as well as cost estimation.
• You support the sales team in responding to inquiries and in preparing proposals and presentations, as well as in conducting datacenter tours.
• You act as the central interface to the design and construction teams, ensuring that market requirements are considered early on.
• Furthermore, you work closely with the Operations team, contributing to the successful implementation of customer projects.
• In addition to continuously building and sharing knowledge and staying updated on relevant technical market developments, providing technical guidance to customers is also among your tasks.
• Last but not least, your responsibilities include participating in trade shows and events.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You started your career with a bachelor’s degree.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the Colocation field.
• You can demonstrate success in technical pre-sales.
• You are results-oriented, self-driven, and accountable.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer and sales orientation are second nature to you.
• You are proficient in both written and spoken German and have strong English negotiation skills.
• Your excellent technical understanding, especially in datacenter infrastructure, cloud, networking, and HPC, completes your profile.
