DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this role, you will be responsible for defining project structures with the general contractor and/or subcontractors. 
• You will coordinate both the planning of larger customer installations and the implementation of renovation projects. 
• Throughout this process, you will closely monitor project progress, including contract and performance milestones, and ensure the implementation of requirements between the client and end customer.
• You will create specifications and be responsible for standardizing technical concepts. 
• Coordinating and enforcing elements of the reference design will be part of your responsibilities, as well as evaluating objects. 
• You will be involved in contract negotiations in collaboration with the legal department and management. 
• Additionally, you will participate in achieving approval readiness with planners and authorities.
• Your tasks will also include coordinating and providing support for tendering and awarding contracts, as well as coordinating and potentially assuming client responsibilities. 
• Plan review, plan approval, and performance assessment of subcontractors will be part of your responsibilities as well. 
• Last but not least, your role will encompass coordinating consultants, service providers, planners, and other subcontractors, as well as assisting in defect rectification.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You began your professional career with a technical bachelor’s degree (e.g., Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or similar). 
• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in large-scale data center project planning.
• You possess experience in process and organizational analysis and can report on complex relationships effectively. 
• You have the ability to identify and assess economic risks and opportunities. 
• Your strengths include results-oriented thinking and action, as well as analytical and conceptual thinking.
• You excel in interpersonal and communication skills at various levels and have a confident demeanor. 
• Being a team player, customer-oriented, flexible, and proactive are all qualities that come naturally to you. 
• You are proficient in both spoken and written German and have fluent English language skills for negotiations. 
• A strong understanding of IT complements your profile.
