DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You shape and lead our controlling team, including personnel responsibility.
• You are responsible for project controlling and corporate controlling of our corporate group.
• You accompany various complex construction projects in the data center environment.
• You report to banks, shareholders, and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling, or a comparable education.
• At least five years of experience in a leadership role.
  Experience in managing complex construction projects.
• Leadership experience and proven ability to build, develop, lead, and motivate a small to medium-sized team.
• Experience in building departments, structures, and workflows.
• Experience in creating reports and analyses.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on mentality and communication skills to convince conversation partners with practical solutions in personal discussions.
• Structured, independent work style combined with a proactive approach and high social competence.
• You are creative, think cross-functionally, and have a genuine interest in our business field with an entrepreneurial mindset.
