DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Your main task is to maintain and further develop the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the company.
• You collaborate with the maincubes ProcessHouse to operate the IMS.
• You plan and conduct internal audits within the mentioned management systems.
• You create audit reports and document audit results in a ticketing system, and you track and drive the implementation of measures forward.
• You maintain the risk assessment and treatment for all management systems.
• This includes risk identification, risk assessment, defining measures, and tracking the implementation of measures.
• You monitor and drive the processing of security incidents.
• You update documentation in the Integrated Management System and, together with a Process Engineer, develop measures to improve processes.
• You are responsible for the internal control system and review the implementation of measures and the presence of evidence.
• You create and conduct training sessions to raise awareness about the management systems.
• You actively participate in external audits with TÜV and auditors.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed vocational training, whether in a commercial or technical field, or alternatively, you have a completed degree. 
• In any case, you have been actively engaged with the IMS for at least two years. 
• You possess a strong ability to independently conceptualize and develop guidelines, taking into account the relevant requirements of the
  management systems. 
• You have substantial knowledge of relevant norms, standards, and regulations, particularly the High-Level Structure (HLS). 
• Your communication skills in German (both spoken and written) are very good, and you have at least a good command of English.
• You bring an open and communicative nature, a pronounced team spirit, enjoyment in your work, and enthusiasm to the table.
