The company more than doubled its workforce and continued to power all data centers with 100% renewable electricity. The report details a significant reduction in resource consumption per employee at the Headquarters, including a 30% drop in energy use and an 82% decrease in waste generation—clear indicators of maincubes’ dedication to sustainable operations and environmental responsibility.
Beyond environmental achievements, maincubes made notable progress in social responsibility and governance. The company reduced its gender pay gap by nearly 9 percentage points and tripled the industry average for female representation in its workforce. It also introduced a Supplier Code of Conduct and secured a sustainability-linked loan, tying financial performance to ESG targets. Looking ahead, maincubes is advancing a decarbonization roadmap, enhancing supply chain sustainability, and expanding employee welfare programs.
