DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You ensure timely cash outflows, transparent controlling and reporting, as well as correct accounting of project assets.
• You actively participate in the strategic planning process.
• You take on commercial and operational activities within the project.
• You create or further develop cost-benefit analyses (business cases).
• You conduct analyses and evaluations of the actual budget development.
• You develop and assess corresponding target-actual comparisons and conduct variance analyses with appropriate recommendations for action.
• You coordinate with banks and general contractors.
• As part of your backup function in the finance team, you support the team with general tasks of the finance department.
• You are highly interested and motivated, and with your open nature, you integrate yourself into the team.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship, have gained initial professional experience in the field of controlling, and are seeking an exciting challenge in project controlling.
• You are a versatile and proactive professional in finance, well-versed in internal processes and cash flows of a company.
• You are fluent in German.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office is essential for daily work.
• You enjoy working in small and efficient teams, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of mathematics.
• You work with a high level of personal responsibility, reliability, and meticulousness.
• You are empathetic and adaptable to different requirements, and communicate on an equal footing.
