maincubes, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and founded in 2012, plans, designs, develops and operates a network of high-availability datacenters of various sizes in Europe. In this way, maincubes creates carrier-neutral, secure and sustainable spaces for the IT infrastructure and, thus, creates an ecosystem for the digital future of its customers in various industries as well as the public sector. In September 2022, maincubes was able to win DTCP Infrastructure as a new strategic partner and investor. maincubes plans to invest more than €1 billion in new datacenters over the next few years.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You identify target customers and develop our corresponding portfolio of offerings, steering engagement.
  • You coordinate with our marketing team to implement effective campaigns and initiatives for the lead generation of international clients.
  • You leverage your personal network to establish and expand contacts, nurture relationships, and successfully pitch potential clients.
  • You conduct sales opportunity qualification.
  • You collaborate with the pre-sales team in designing solutions and jointly drive relevant projects forward.
  • You create high-quality and compelling proposals and independently lead contract negotiations.
  • Regular reporting of your KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • You can demonstrate a completed education or degree in a business, technical, or sales-oriented field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the data center market and an existing network of relevant contacts.
  • Proven success in generating new business and acquiring new customers on an international level.
  • You have excellent written and spoken English; proficient German is advantageous.
  • You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to achieve and exceed goals.
  • You have a high willingness to travel internationally.
