(Senior) Inhouse Recruiter (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt

The company offers carrier-neutral, highly secure, and sustainable IT infrastructure capacities, creating a secure ecosystem for the digital future of its customers. These include companies from various industries as well as the public sector. maincubes plans to invest over 1 billion euros in new data centers in the coming years.
YOUR ROLE
- As an Inhouse Recruiter, you will ensure that maincubes attracts, acquires,and hires the right talent.
- You will be responsible for both the operational and administrative day-to-day recruitment tasks.
- Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic development of our recruiting efforts.
- Within the scope of applicant management, you will review all applications, coordinate with the relevant departments, and organize interviews.
- You will shortlist suitable candidates through initial phone or video interviews.
- Your responsibilities will also include selecting the most effective recruiting channels, managing external recruitment agencies, and conducting in-house active sourcing.
- You will continuously optimize recruitment processes.
- Together with Marketing, you will develop and enhance maincubes’ recruitment marketing and employer branding.

YOUR PROFILE
- Modern workplaces in the heart of Frankfurt with ideal transport connections.
- Completed commercial training, ideally in HR, or a relevant academic degree.
- At least three years of experience in a similar in-house role with a focus on recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a strong empathetic nature that resonates with people.
- High commitment, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility in your work.
- Very good language skills in both German and English.
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- An open personality, strong team spirit, and enthusiasm for our business model.
