DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding operations.
- You ensure smooth processing of all customer inquiries, including complaints, received via phone, email, and our customer portal.
- You handle front and back office tasks in the areas of IT, security, and facility management.
- You monitor processes and service standards towards our customers and act within the escalation process.
- You support the team in monitoring all devices and systems and take on tasks in first-level support.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have completed a customer- and/or service-oriented education and have gained initial professional experience, ideally in a service desk, customer center, front office, or similar role.
- You thrive on interacting with and providing service to customers, and you are also enthusiastic about our data center world.
- You approach situations with a customer-oriented mindset, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Having a hands-on mentality is second nature to you.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Shift work is not a challenge for you.
- You are ready to undergo an official safety inspection.
- You have excellent communication skills in German (both spoken and written) and good English skills.
- You have an open and communicative attitude, a strong team spirit, enjoy your work, and have the ability to inspire others.
