In this way, maincubes creates carrier-neutral, secure and sustainable spaces for the IT infrastructure and, thus, creates an ecosystem for the digital future of its customers in various industries as well as the public sector. In September 2022, maincubes was able to win DTCP Infrastructure as a new strategic partner and investor. maincubes plans to invest more than €1 billion in new datacenters over the next few years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You identify and tap into new sales opportunities in the hyperscale segment.
• In collaboration with the marketing team, you implement targeted campaigns and initiatives to position maincubes in the hyperscale segment.
• You establish strong relationships with leadership and decision-making levels in the hyperscale segment.
• You drive sales through supportive partnerships and personal networks.
• You participate in industry events and trade fairs.
• In close cooperation with the pre-sales and design team, you are involved in solutions and jointly drive new projects in planning and construction phases.
• You create high-quality proposals and independently conduct contract negotiations to successful completion.
• Ongoing reporting on all relevant KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics, Computer Science, or another technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in selling modern technical solutions to international major customers.
• Proven and successful track record in the hyperscale sector in the data center environment.
• Strong network of relevant industry contacts.
• Excellent understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, cloud, and HPC.
• Independent work style with a hands-on mentality.
• Highly results-oriented work approach with the ability to prioritize.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
