In this way, maincubes creates carrier-neutral, secure and sustainable spaces for the IT infrastructure and, thus, creates an ecosystem for the digital future of its customers in various industries as well as the public sector. In September 2022, maincubes was able to win DTCP Infrastructure as a new strategic partner and investor. maincubes plans to invest more than €1 billion in new datacenters over the next few years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and expand the marketing and communications team.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget.
• Work closely with the sales teams to generate MQLs, increase the probability of closure, and deepen customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify target customers and implement segment-specific marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns (inbound and outbound).
• Expand and manage brand awareness.
• Continuously improve sales and product materials.
• Serve as the central point of contact for press and analysts and participate in events (national and international).

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience, including five years of leadership experience with proven success in a scale-up environment and international market penetration.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and public relations.
• Strategic orientation and entrepreneurial mindset with a clear hands-on mentality.
• Creativity and attention to detail with a keen interest in technology.
• Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Industry experience is a significant plus but not mandatory.
