Reliability

Our data center in Frankfurt is TÜV Level 3 certified including DIN EN 50600 and contractually guarantees 100% availability with measures such as a redundancy and uninterruptible power supply.

Energy efficiency

We have an optimal PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) value of 1.3. For you, this means cost-efficiency and environmentally friendly operations. Our free-air cooling system using Kyoto cooling ensures the right climate.

Global connectivity

As a "DE-CIX-enabled site", we offer direct access to the world’s largest internet node. This provides access to major metro telco routes at home and abroad. You decide which fiber you want to send your data over – we are carrier-neutral.

Physical security

Our data center offers, among other things, multi-level access controls, camera surveillance, comprehensive fire protection, as well as a 24-hour security service. The individual IT infrastructure installations meet every customer need without construction restrictions.

Multi-tenant data center

FRA01 is a multi-tenant data center in which a large number of customers use colocation. These customers operate their IT infrastructure independently, but share resources such as networks, power supply and physical security.
