We are demolishing a 90,000-square-meter brownfield site and creating an ecological habitat to improve biodiversity and create long-term value for nature.
Our BER01 data center is fully aligned with the criteria of the "Blauer Engel", Germany’s official and a rigorous eco-label for sustainable data center design.
Concurrently, we made significant strides in reducing the unadjusted gender pay gap, which decreased from 35.7 % in 2023 to 27 % in 2024.
As part of Dietzenbach’s “Green & Digital” initiative, we collaborate with local schools and the City of Dietzenbach to develop projects that promote biodiversity and climate resilience.

At BER02, sustainability reaches even beyond our campus boundaries: we are transforming a 90,000 sqm brownfield into a thriving ecological habitat as part of our LEED Gold-certified (planned) campus, creating lasting value for nature and biodiversity.

Seamlessly integrated into Berlin's innovative GoWest district, BER01 is a shining example of how high-performance infrastructure can be combined with sustainable architecture to promote ecological responsibility and active collaboration with local communities.
AMS01
Through comprehensive retrofit and Open Compute Project (OCP) readiness, AMS01 maximizes resource efficiency, reduces electronic waste, and exemplifies circular-economy principles in Data Center Engineering and design.
FRA02
FRA02 is among Europe's first data centers explicitly validated against the rigorous EU Taxonomy criteria, embodying transparency and credibility in ESG.
FRA03
FRA03 will be powered by our first solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), accelerating maincubes’ transition towards renewable energy autonomy.
FRA04
With FRA04 we are at the forefront of active waste heat reuse, with partnerships already established, anticipating an essential and significant ecological transition for the energy grid in Germany and worldwide.
